One can always use more luck in Las Vegas. At The Cosmopolitan, they’re ready to offer you some extra good fortune for your stay. Meet Rose, your ace in the deck who is there at your beckon call, or text. Upon check-in visitors receive a sleek black card with a telephone number on it, thus commencing their relationship with Rose.

From an art tour, shopping finds or drink suggestions, Rose “assists guests throughout the property and moves them around the resort while helping them to have a surprising, interesting and engaging experience,” says Mamie Peers, senior director of Digital, Social and e-commerce at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

“Rose offers guests an insider look at the Cosmopolitan. Once Rose receives that first text, she will respond with a few questions guiding the conversation,” adds Peers. Of course, Rose knows the on-site Concierges who will answer questions and field responses when she doesn’t have the all the answers.

As a “resident mischief maker” Rose has some tricks up her sleeve. She also plays games, one called “Two Truths and a Lie” where you guess which facts about The Cosmopolitan and Las Vegas are truths or lies.
